We take the hassle out of renting your properties, no fancy portals and no bombarding you with facts, just straight talking property management.
We believe our fees are the fairest in Chester at £100 + VAT to set up and rent a fully manage property, that is everything including an inventory, no hidden fees, it’s all part of our service.
We don’t sell house so we have no conflict between potential house buyers and tenants. We work solely on behalf of you, the Landlord.

Peace of Mind
We manage every aspect of property rental, all the way from listing and photography, to tenant selection, meaning our properties often rent within 7 days of listing.
Our helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ready for any question or emergency.
We work with a team of reliable and experienced contractors that we’ve built relationships with over a number of years. When our contractors do your work your bill isn’t loaded by us, you get the contractors invoices directly, with no middle man, no percentage cuts and no added costs.
Alongside the normal duties a Landlord would expect from their agent, we also offer a full set of services for redecoration and upgrades for your properties. We don’t charge for that service, it’s what we do and who we are.

Our Landlord Fees
Our landlord fees are simple: We charge a % on the rent we receive.
For fully managed properties we charge 10% of the monthly rent.
For unmanaged properties we charge 8%.. We charge a £100 + VAT Fee to set up a tenancy. This is a one off fee, if the tenant stays for 6 months or 6 years it is only paid once.
We do not charge a surplus on any work done by our contractors.
