Our company are able to manage any type of residential property. We offer a professional and comprehensive service that includes:

Tenant Selection
Tenant selection is clearly very important and we do everything we can to ensure that our tenants will be good tenants.

References
We ask our tenants for at least two references, one of which must be financial, we also ask for a work reference. In particular we check any hand written references for accuracy of content.

Scale of rental
We handle properties on every scale of rental, from as little as £300 per calendar month, right up to £2000 per calendar month.

Utilities
Meter readings and change over of all utilities to the tenant's name (except the telephone).

Inventory
As part of our services we provide an inventory. We ensure this is checked by the tenant and should there be any problems we will resolve them. The inventory is also checked at the end of every tenancy.

Property checks
Regular three monthly checks are undertaken on all our fully managed properties.

Deposits
In a client account we hold one month's rent as deposit. We do take a larger deposit if appropriate.

Payment
Our aim is to ensure that all our landlords are paid within seven days of receipt of the rent, therefore all of our tenants must pay one month's rent in advance.

Maintenance
We have an excellent team of trades' people to call on for maintenance of properties. Landlords still have the option to use their own trades' people.

Free services
We are able to provide a decorating and cleaning service to landlords and are happy to arrange written quotations for all work. We do not charge for this service.
